These terms are a legal agreement between you, the “client,” and TopCoat Nails, for all interactions—online and in person.

GENERAL
Top Coat Nails uses Square for bookings and payments. Services are provided by Top Coat Nails or affiliated technicians at our salon. All appointments, confirmations, and client communication go through our Square system or website contact page.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When booking or communicating with us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and appointment history. If you provide health-related information (e.g. allergies), it’s stored securely and only used to provide safe services.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE
To secure appointments, Top Coat Nails may require a valid credit card to be kept on file through our secure Square booking system. By booking a service, the client authorizes TopCoat Nails to charge the card on file in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies.
All card information is encrypted and securely stored through Square. TopCoat Nails does not have direct access to full credit card details. The card on file will only be charged under the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
   
• No-show: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
   
• Failure to pay at time of service: The full amount of the booked service may be charged.
  By proceeding with booking, the client agrees to these terms.
   

USE OF INFORMATION
We use your information to confirm appointments, send reminders, provide services, and respond to inquiries. Your information is only shared with trusted providers like Square for booking/payment processing.
